Abstract:
Objective. To provide theoretical substantiation for a model of three-level preparation system for studying problems of complex movements control in variable conditions of sports activity.
Methods. System and structural approach, analysis and synthesis.
Results. Based on the general principles of management of complex dynamic systems, as well as on the theoretical, experimental and practical developments of the authors, it is shown the main theoretical and methodological concepts of management of elite athletes preparation in sports with complex coordination of movements. Theoretical substantiation is provided for a model of three-level training system for studying problems of complex movements control in variable conditions of sports activity. The first level reflects the target activity of athlete in competitive conditions, aimed at achieving the intended result. Second ones reflects a system of models of competitive activity and main aspects of mastery. The third level reflects the state of main functional systems of athlete’s body.
Conclusion. Submitted concepts allow to manage athletes preparation at a qualitatively new level.
