Abstract:
The paper examines the content of «coordination training» term as a process of motion coordination improvement; theoretico-methodical and experimental analysis of the current issue of sensorimotor coordination development as the basis of technical preparation and technical fitness of athletes is presented. Analysis of methodical materials on trampoline jumps has been made; other modern programs for improvement statodynamic and statokinetic stability were analyzed.
Methods including the following functionally interrelated (on the basis of «technique-coordination» factor) elements have been developed: indices of technical fitness level according to individual data of sensorimotor coordination; program of trampoline jump exercises; methods of training; regulation, control and correction. Introduction of methods in educational and training process of skilled athletes was shown to increase the indices of sensorimotor coordination level; positive dynamics of statokinetic and statodynamic stability was achieved, the learning of complex coordination exercises was enhanced.
